No matter how hectic or busy the store gets, each maintains composure, friendliness and patience. They appear to work well with each other too! All their customers are treated with the exact same respect and helpfulness! I am a repeat customer here and will drive out of my way to ship here because of the service and staff.

He was even whispering comments under his breath that I could clearly hear, which was very unprofessional. What’s even more disappointing is that management seems to punish kind employees who receive good reviews, while rude employees face no consequences. That says a lot about how this place is run.

This UPS store was more familiar to me, and I am so glad that I went there mostly because of the exceptional customer service given by store associates Benji & Bebe. They were kind, patient and extremely professional. I will definitely visit this store again & pass on to my friends about the excellent service I received.
