- JSJerod SmithJul 27, 20261.0The entire postal service just needs to be disbanded. It’s a completely broken organization. Mail never gets to where it’s going on time. Mail gets lost constantly. I’m not sure what happened but fedex ground is more reliable than USPS and that’s just sad. Amazon figured it out maybe take some notes. The people working here are unprofessional.
