They will not deliver packages to my house because they say they can't come up my driveway due to the postal truck not being allowed to reverse??? They just are too lazy to walk up my driveway. UPS delivers my packages just fine and so does FedEx. They're using any excuse to be lazy. I made arrangements with the Post Master to leave any packages that won't fit in my mailbox at my landlord's business that sits at the bottom of my driveway (not even 50 yards away) and they've only followed that arrangement one time in the last 5 or 6 months. They take my packages back to the post office with them and it's very inconvenient because I don't get off work until they are closed!! On top of everything I just said the lady that works at the front can never find my package when I am able to pick it up, she always has to get someone else to find it after I insist I have the slip stating that they have it, and she's so rude it's sad. Don't work a job dealing with people if you're going to be nasty and rude. I guarantee she wouldn't want to be treated the way she treats people. It's not just me I've seen her be the exact same way with other people numerous times. She acts like you are bothering her. This post office is the worst all around that I've ever dealt with and I've lived in much bigger cities where the postal workers are way busier and they aren't rude. This is the sole reason I hate living in Scott Depot, having to deal with this place and being lied to saying they're trucks aren't allowed to reverse. That's the biggest joke ever. It's pure laziness is exactly what it is especially when both of the other delivery services have no issues bringing my packages to my door. Something needs to change at this post office and desperately.

I had an excellent experience at the Teays Valley Post Office. The clerk was aware of the line, kept things moving efficiently, and still took the time to help customers. He helped me choose the right shipping boxes and made the process much easier. The office felt prepared, professional, and customer-focused. This is exactly the kind of service small sellers depend on.

These people are incompetent in every sense of the word. Lost packages, say they have delivered mail that is still sitting at the PO, constantly getting someone else’s mail in my box, while my own mail isn’t arriving. The delivery people are either blind or illiterate, not sure which. The office staff are the most grumpy, miserable people I’ve encountered (including the DMV...). Surely there are more competent and deserving people of well-paid, nice benefit jobs!

Terrible! The mail woman always stuffs things into the mailbox the we can't get out on our side. Packages marked as delivered, but not because she couldn't fit them beside the other boxes she had already crammed inside. We have also noticed on many occasions that our mail has not been delivered, even after seeing her drive around earlier in the morning. We have watched her completely avoid our stop, even when we have packages out for delivery!
