Yeah I dont believe they got to expeierence that, my mail (packages) is constantly shoved in to the tiny hole that is my P.O. box like the square peg into the circle hole. Made to fit, never to be retrieved. Take the three seconds to put packages into the appropriate box, and give me a key. My whiplash from trying to pry what is most valuable to me out will thank you. One star only because a giant dookie emoji is not available. Best regards, Someone who likes their mail in once piece

You order and pay for 2 day shipping (frequently from Amazon) and the package does not get delivered to your home, they put a slip in your mailbox stating your package is at the post office. But the slip says "sorry we missed you" I DO NOT live in my mailbox, you did not miss me. I was home all day ironically waiting for a package that never arrived. This possibly the worst post office, service wise, I have ever had to deal with.
