- CWcalvin wheelerJan 14, 20261.0Trying to ship an international package, shipped it once it got returned and apparently shouldn't have been shipped in the first place but it was allowed to go through. I'm out $50 and the older lady at the counter today on 1/14 was very rude and said absolutely she can't send it. Which i have confirmation now that it can be sent there just needs to be more details on the label. She told me to drive to beckley to UPS. Nobody else in the post office and she is just standing around talking to a nice lady that was also working in there and she flat out refused to help me. I work out of town and only come in every once in a while for a day and a half. Pathetic lazy people here.

This kind of service is why the postal service is losing money. And items are always marked held at post office on customer request. Never once requested my items be held. They're just too lazy to walk 50 feet to my door.
