- MHMalissa HJul 11, 20265.0Leah was so very helpful and knowledgeable! I was a difficult costumer due to the packages I had to ship for my husband who was not there and he kept calling changing his mind about getting the extra insurance ! First he wanted to add it and she priced it up then he changed his mind and she completely had both package's labels printed and ready for me to pay when he calls back and decides to add the extra insurance. Leah was so nice about it and I kept apologizing and she was so sincere and kind assuring me that it was ok ! I felt so bad because there was a big line behind me and she never once made me feel like I was causing her a problem!! That’s true customer service and I appreciate it greatly!!!
