  Had 2 packages on the same truck with a driver named Matthew. He delivered one package and then took the other package back to the terminal. Fed ex is the absolute worse delivery service. Not my first issue with them by any means. Pay for 2 day shipping and it takes a week. I’m starting to think the USPS is more reliable

  They have had my package for 5 days. Each day it says out for delivery but then gets returned to shipping for next day. I've tried calling but I cant get a person on the line. I would go get it myself if there was a way to set that up. I will be avoiding using their services at any cost in the future

  Fedex has 'attempted a delivery' of a package that I ordered twice now, and both times they say that no one was available. IT MIGHT HELP IF THEY GO TO THE RIGHT HOUSE! I've been home all day both times, and nobody has ever showed up. I don't know where they've been going, but clearly it isn't what my delivery address is.

  Nothing like your life saving medicine labeled "time sensitive" sitting on a dock for over a week. Oh its just 1 time right? NOPE, now a special medicated cat food that was ordered for some reason is ALSO sitting on the dock for over a week. Not to mention last year 5k worth of solar panels "came up missing" and they mysteriously couldn't track it. They were on a HUGE pallet. Good grief I seriously have to ask everyone company i order from if they use FedEx. If they say yes, I either pay more or refuse to order because of how HORRIBLE they are here. 3 out of 4 shipments lost or ruined.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for overnight shipping, and here I am three days later still without my package. Now it says it won’t arrive until tomorrow at 8 PM. Tomorrow is Friday, so if they push it back another day, I won’t receive my package until Monday. What makes this even more frustrating is that my package is literally sitting on a FedEx truck at the location 30 minutes from my home. My vehicle has been broken down all week waiting on parts, and I tried to have the package held there so I could find a way to pick it up, but they won’t allow me to. I paid extra for overnight shipping because I needed it quickly, and now I’m being forced to wait several more days when my package is already sitting at the nearby FedEx location. Never again!
