- WRWilliam RiggsApr 12, 20251.0I went to the Post Office at Nellis, WV today to pick up packages. It's Saturday April 12, 2025. I arrived there at 10:15 AM after driving ten miles across a rough road to get there. The new PostMaster yelled "We're closed"." I said it's 10:15.: She said "You'll have to come back. I've already shut down the system". I said a curse word NOT at Her...I said one out of disappointment at having to drive ten miles again and also, there is medicine in the pickup packages. She (Christin) followed Me out the door screaming "Don't come back. You cannot come back to this post office!!!". Does She own the Post Office? Does She understand that She works for Me, a TAXPAYER? She has got one serious attitude problem and She brings Her child to work with Her. RSVP regarding this matter as I will take further action if necessary. This is the second time I have seen Her and we already have problems? I think You need to find someone who is more PROFESSIONAL.

Went to pick up a package and I was told it was in the mail lady’s vehicle from the day before and she took it home I would have to come back later when she brought it back! Unexceptional my mail should not be in someone’s car over night at there house.

I have had multiple ppl come to my house looking for their mail and tax checks that they was waiting on. She doesn’t stay in only for a total of 3 hours and takes an hour and a half lunch and doesn’t get the mail up befor 10am. She is very rude also. I wish they would get a better qualified person for them job...
