- MGMarie-Eve GoudreauAug 18, 20251.0Incompetent is an understatement, the person who delivers the mail to our building literally puts the wrong mail in our box every single time ( for the most part ), your box number could literally be on your mail, and it will end up in another mailbox…. What happens if I get certain mail that is sensitive or personal and it ends up with someone else!!!! You have the simplest job! Properly read the addresses and put in the proper mailbox! I would rather not deal with the condescending people at the annex! Like I’ve had to before

Nobody will answer the phone. USPS left my package “with a neighbor” and I had it delivered to my place of work! I just want to find my dang package and I can’t speak to a real person. I am fuming!!!!

I tried to contact them multiple times before they called me back, I missed two calls. I call them right back, of course no answer but miraculously this lady calls me back Sunday evening. Stating I have until the next day to move my mailbox, that my neighbors moved, back to the original spot or my mail would all be returned. I was able to dig my mailbox up that night in the rain to move it back, TO COME HOME THE NEXT DAY TO NO MAIL! THEY WILL NOT LET ME COME PICK IT UP! How is any of this legal ?!?!!!!!!!

Both places told me they don’t have any packages and that they were delivered and it’s not their problem. Don’t expect anyone to take responsibility for your lost packages. They will just say there’s nothing they can do. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened!!! This has happened multiple times.
