Constantly erratic with mail going to wrong location or showing up 4 to 6 weeks after postmarked. Let’s pay them based on service delivery and accuracy aka their job description.

Recently I have come home from work and packages have been balanced on top of the mailboxes for anyone to steal driving up the road. I have been expecting a package, and for 2 days the tracking shows "no access to delivery location." Now today, it states that there is no secure location to leave the package. Does the USPS not deliver packages to your door anymore? It's not 50 feet from the roadway. My package is probably going to be sent back to the sender, because I can't get past the phone selections to speak to an actual person. Also, I went to the post office on my lunch hour to see if I could have the package kept there until I pick it up. After waiting in line forever, because there was only one person waiting on people, the computers went down.
