I assume that they probably are, given they are government employees, but the inability to find out using the pathetic, worthless, automated phone line shows the care of our government!

- AAArcusMar 29, 20261.0Every time I have a package scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday, the grossly incompetent mail carrier on my route seemingly believes my address disappears off of the face of the earth and just marks my package for return, claiming my address does not, in fact, exist, despite my mail making it to my mailbox every other day of the week. This has already cost me over $100 in repeat shipping costs. Absolutely garbage service. If I could give a 0, I would, because that’s how many of my packages make it to my door.
