Unless your package specifically has your box number on it, they will not hold the package or look up the address to see where it should go. They simply mark as undeliverable and send it back! Obviously, this causes many problems when a person purchases items from various online vendors. When I asked the branch about this, I was told that it is regional policy. If any "powers that be" are reading this, it is a HORRIBLE policy! I am forced to use a different branch of the postal service for my packages because they are unable to deliver them. It's ironically sad.

The post master took the time to answer all our questions, made the kids feel super comfy when they did their photos, and was soooo patient when I messed up the application....twice. They were so sweet and pleasant and we left all saying how nice and helpful and patient they were with us and feeling happy. I wish everyone treated their customers with this kind of care! Thank you ladies!
