- PCP CJun 5, 20265.0It's frustrating that The Martinsburg office doesn't care about the reviews. The service is terrible and the workers don't follow Amazon directions where to leave the packages. Guess with the fraud amongst the POSTAL system, they don't care. ..Baltimore-area mail theft and check fraud has surged, with recent investigations revealing criminal networks and postal employees intercepting mail from local collection boxes. Criminals alter stolen checks and money orders, frequently depositing them for thousands of dollars more than the original value. Beware....don't send checks thru the Postal Service!!!
