I don’t live in the area and only stop by when absolutely necessary, but the service is consistently subpar. Having worked in retail across multiple business chains, I know that each customer deserves to feel like the top priority. When it was my turn at the counter, the clerk offered no greeting and simply stared blankly until I asked if he was ready to assist me, which felt unnecessarily awkward. What’s worse, immediately after I left, he greeted the next customer with an upbeat, “How may I help you?” Respect and courtesy shouldn’t depend on who’s standing in front of you. Professionalism requires treating every individual with the same level of dignity and attentiveness. If someone is unwilling or unable to do that, they may wish to reconsider whether a customer service role is an appropriate fit.

The fourth time I called and waited for 17 minutes and no one picked up the phone. All because they are saying my address is invalid and my package can’t be delivered when I have ordered from the same site using the exact same address.
