- FTForTheLoveOf TruthMay 12, 20261.0It's extremely rare I write a bad review but the way I felt by clerk Erin when returning a larger item to Amazon, was unexceptable. I hadn't properly packaged it and she made it apparent without words, but in her face expression, she was very irritated, as she taped it up. Even though I apologized to her for her having to do extra work. My second item, my daughter and I ultimately adjusted outside and went inside back in line. Out of fear of being made to feel like a burden, I was hoping she wouldn't be the one who would be assisting me again. Thankfully it was the man who did. I want to add that while.the man was preparing my package to be returned, I overheard both Erin and the other short haired woman, talking secretly amoungst one another. When I looked at them, they recognized I was suspecting they were commenting about me and they both immediately got very silent. Unfortunately, this is the store I will have to continue to go for my returns because it's the closest to my house. I really hope management would be more selective on the people they hire at this store to make it a more pleasant experience for the customers. I personally would never ever make customers where I work to feel the way I was made to feel here, today - It's shameful and absolutely unacceptable. If someone does not like working with the public or what they do in helping people, then find another type of job that does not involve customer care. Thanks.
