- JJJusticeApr 24, 20261.0My mail isn’t coming to my home anymore and my identity has been stolen because of this! Now they don’t even pick up my out going mail daily even though my flag is up and it’s making my bills late, as a matter of fact every single thing is late now! What once was the most reliable service we had is now the most untrustworthy service ever, not knowing if or when I will get my mail and bills is stressful because I pay my bills on time every month. Them not picking up my mail is against the law! I watch every day! Today they haven’t come and my flag is still up! Now my electricity bill will be paid late because they didn’t come by and pick up my out going mail and my flag was up! I can’t wait to sell my home and leave WV for good this time! This State is horrible!
- AMAngela McClungMar 24, 20261.0The only thing they are consistent with at this post office is sending your package, which just came from Charleston, to the wrong city and, as of today, the wrong state. This means when the folks at the Pounding Mill, VA P.O. send my package back, it has to go all the way back to Charleston. So the package that was originally due to be delivered on Saturday, March 21, is now the 26th. GOOD JOB.
