- BBbradAug 22, 20261.0Over the past decade, they have never delivered a package correctly, if at all. The past few years they have just outright stopped delivering packages to my house entirely, or even putting them on their trucks. Attempted delivery notice slips are often left late, if at all. They mark items as delivered or attempted delivery even whenever they have not even tried. This has been an issue for years, and there's practically nothing you can do about it. When trying to make a complaint, the worker's do not care and say it's not up to them-- it's the drivers. They have also even told me to try and track the mail delivery truck down on the road and flag him down to see if he had my mail because they genuinely didn't know where my package was. They have also started just holding my items, not at my request, at the post office the past few years which has lead to even more frustration and complication. I am disabled and do not drive, so every time I have to go to the post office, it's a whole ordeal, which means ordering anything through the USPS is an ordeal, unfortunately.
