Today, our incoming mail was left in a different office and we were delivered mail which belongs to an apartment. This is a business and there is no accountability for employees of the USPS anymore. Unacceptable!! I have called the post office number listed over 10 times and no answer. If you want respect then DO BETTER!!

FedEx and UPS have no issues! And then you can’t even get anyone to answer the phone at this location! I’ve called 10 times today and nobody ever picks up.

First I waited for 15 minutes while they were talking in the back. Then when someone did acknowledge me she didn't know how to do it so I had to wait till they waited on the other four people behind me. When someone different came over I thought it was my turn since I was next and have been patiently waiting. It wasn't. He needed to finish a passport he was talking to the guy in the back for 15 minutes while I was waiting. So I never got my care package sent out and have to go to the Morgantown one in the morning. Long story short don't waste your time coming to this post office.
