- JSJudy StarcherMay 11, 20261.0I have went to the post office in person to complain that our outgoing mail was left and found by someone in a public restroom. Today, our incoming mail was left in a different office and we were delivered mail which belongs to an apartment. This is a business and there is no accountability for employees of the USPS anymore. Unacceptable!! I have called the post office number listed over 10 times and no answer. If you want respect then DO BETTER!!

However, the actual mail carrier for Dinkenberger Road is not ratable. We have not received mail in two days. Our mail is constantly opened. The attitude when you ask her what happened is ridiculous! She pulls up to my 90-year-old neighbor's driveway beeps the horn 2 times and rolls out, as the neighbor is attempting to walk to the mail carrier's vehicle with a walker. By this time mail carrier is mia.
