- MCMary Crosier6 days ago1.0There have been several incidents that has happened while shipping supplies to my friend who has major health issues. He has a hard time getting out to shop for necessities (food and supplies). This post office will not deliver the packages in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. Not only packages, but mail does not get delivered along his route. A lot of other neighbors around him has said the same thing. It just got to the place where if he has anything important that he's expecting in the mail he gives my address, which is probably an hour and a half away to just be able to receive mail. Then I have to take time to check to see if it's important and try to email him copies. I think the postmaster at this branch should be removed. He definitely does not do his job. He's been informed and nothing changes, as a matter of fact it got worse.

I asked for help selecting the right boxes and was directed generally toward the supplies, but the box I needed was not available where I was sent. I was also told I needed to buy my own tape. I understand customers need to be prepared, and I am happy to buy supplies when needed. The issue was the lack of helpful guidance compared with other USPS locations. For small sellers who rely on USPS, clear assistance with packaging options, available supplies, and shipping choices matters. I hope this location improves customer support and consistency at the counter.
- AManthony mooreMar 2, 20265.0I came to get a passport ordered about 30 minutes before my appointment and the nice lady in the front window asked if I wanted to go ahead and get it done since the place was slow and no one else was in. I was able to leave about 10 minutes before the appointment was even set. If that doesn't say anything nothing will.
