- AAAlexAug 17, 20265.0I have a phobia when it comes to government buildings, including USPS. After 2 years in Huntington, I've managed to avoid it. But I had a return that required going to the post office. After several weeks of procrastinating, I finally went. It was lovely! The postal worker was friendly, and clearly well liked by the patrons. He kept making jokes! I was not expecting such a wonderful experience. He made my day!

- BSbrian shullApr 28, 20251.0I had 4 packages from Amazon suppose to deliver where I work but the post office refused to deliver because of an address change. I was given the phone number for this post office by USPS and told to call and have them hold the packages for pick up. I tried calling the post office number after 1 pm because they don't open until 1 but no answer. I finally drove down there gave the postman the tracking numbers he went and found the packages brought them out and told me I couldn't have them they were going back Amazon and said if I or Amazon had a problem with it to call homeland security not sure what that was about. I wouldn't be writing this if he hadn't been so rude about it. If he wasn't allowed to give me the packages just explain that and not be a jerk about it.
- JRJohn RobertJun 7, 20241.0Absolutely a joke, can't get ahold of anyone at this location by phone, they are of no help to my customer (her titlework to her vehicle was lost by this location and after putting in a request to locate it, it was stated "my best guess is it was sent back to the sender", nice to know they have to "guess" at their job). Incompetence from the Federal government, no surprise there!
