- AAAloma ArpJun 24, 20213.0I am disappointed that the postal service won’t drop my packages off at my house. They use to put them on my enclosed back porch when they couldn’t fit in the mailbox. Now I have to go to the post office to pick them up. Fed X and UPS always deliver to my door and I think that is a better service. I try to contact each person or company that sends boxes or larger pkgs to not use the USPO.
- COcharles oxleyOct 30, 20191.0The lady that answered the phone on 10-19-19 was very rude and short with me when I asked to have a package held so it wouldnt be stolen off of my porch. I have had multiple packages stolen and this lady acted like she is super busy. Be for real lady there might be 2000 people in hinton who recieve mail and I doubt every one gets a piece of mail everyday. Very unhelpful and will be lodging a formal complaint!!!!!!!!
