- MAMadeline AskinsMay 9, 20261.0Multiple times my packages have not arrived or arrived late with lying excuses. The update for my missing mother's day gift today, May 9th, 2026 was: "Delivery attempted, but front door or drive way was not accessible." At 3:07pm... Which is a complete lie as I have been home and nothing was blocking the entrance nor did my ring camera see anyone drive by at that time. This is on Rambling Hills Road. Not only this, our mail has been repeatedly lost. This is the worst postal service I have ever came across.

- SPScat Mascot El PepeDec 1, 20171.0I have to use this service sometimes when ups don’t deliver like at holiday times a lot of amazon packages come there well this is certainly not my choice because usually ups delivers amazon I guess holidays are different anyway the staff there are rude very rude because they have to look for boxes now my complaint is if the mail carrier would come down my driveway like they did for years they wouldn’t have to leave the packages at the post office to be picked up and 2 the office hours are terrible so usually amazon emails and says they try to deliver which no they really didn’t they scanned the slip before the driver left the building and then they leave the lip in the box so the packages is there so then that's where attitudes are started because they have to look for it. They really truly need to be nicer to customers I have worked in customer service for years and they are just rude
