- CCconnie carnesMay 22, 20261.0the worst post office in the USPS system nationwide. they couldn't deliver to the right address if tried...its been going on for a a year...I complained several months ago and then I had customers of mine coming in my business saying the a girl that worked at the post office was talking about me and my complaint to their USPS customers.. pathetic...either the post master or your mail delivers need fired..filed a complaint again today

The update for my missing mother's day gift today, May 9th, 2026 was: "Delivery attempted, but front door or drive way was not accessible." At 3:07pm... Which is a complete lie as I have been home and nothing was blocking the entrance nor did my ring camera see anyone drive by at that time. This is on Rambling Hills Road. Not only this, our mail has been repeatedly lost. This is the worst postal service I have ever came across.
- PWPatricia WolfeMar 20, 20251.0Elkview Post office is a joke. I’m going to see who I can make a complaint bc they definitely aren’t doing their job. Somehow I have contact with Amazon and UPS ODD X SUPPOSE TO DELIVER. Singapore or incompetent postal service at elkview West Virginia 25071 somehow is now involved and it’s been a nightmare. I am UPS at kanawha court in Charleston WV how the c partial service got involved and evidently they are a third party and didn’t know how they got involved. If this c program from amazon can’t deliver the products c power our contracts they need be shut down. I have complained complained and nothing the postal service does is right. I have a delivery that they say I requested to hold off which that is false. I am trying to send one product back to get a bigger size but they still say it’s running late. They are very incompetent the drivers short story I have the whole delivery but they say it still running late. I’m 77 years old they have me stressed to the max.
