  I came in to have some Amazon returns sent back, I walk up to the wrong register, the gentleman with the beard (who you could tell was having a bad day), said you need to be at the register very annoyed. Started scamming items. Had one item scanned wrong and notice when he said the QR code was used. Afterwords he said “Amazon will fix the mistake” no what Amazon will do is say the buyer sent in the wrong item and keep the refund. So I told him no that it needed corrected because we scanned the wrong item. It’s on me because I held the wrong item up, the scanning part wasn’t on him. Nor is the the reason for this complaint review. When I asked him to bring the wallet back he grabbed the wrong ones twice. I asked if there was a way to correct it, and I was told “we can do nothing, call Amazon” 😕 he was rude, rolled his eyes a few times when I requested something he just seemed like everything was annoying him, rolled his eyes whole his head a bunch, rude, told me to call Amazon and offered zero help. I requested to speak to a manager, I really didn’t want to go Karen, when I asked for the manager I was going to see if he could fix the scan issues, instead I got the same rude guy who walked right up to me being rude swearing he didn’t do nothing, questioning why I asked for a manger, identified He was a manager I was actually shocked. He said he was a manager cause he was so rude. but he walked right up on me, questioning what I was doing, questioning my motives, being really rude afterwardsi seen him go around the store to the back and he hit someone really hard and was yelling it sounded like. Guy has serious anger problems. Then I got Scott the other manager who seemed like he didn’t care, was annoyed I was even complaining, interrupting me twice And then try to tell me how I should or shouldn’t talk. Bad customer service all around.

  Store shelves are empty or a mess and most sale tags are missing. Display items are missing all over the place, especially on the furniture pad. You can tell the employees are understaffed and struggling but even simple things like a greeting or acknowledgement for customers are too much work for them. I plan to stop buying from this location and only buy from the staples Amazon store since the prices are a fraction of in-store or staples.com for the same staples brands.

  Pretty good store, I buy my printer ink there. The rewards program is decent. Folks are friendly.
