- MMmikeMay 16, 20241.0This is the worst post office I have ever done business with. Postmaster acts like a teenager not enforcing any rules to his employees. The oldest lady working there sits down on the computer playing games and you have to call her a couple times and acts like it is a hassle to scan my packages for ebay which is her job. A line of 3 people were waiting and none of them cared and customer had to holler to get them off the computer goofing around. The lazy carrier for my house will just leave packages at the post office because she hates her job and wants fired sometimes even tossing my packages on the ground or delivering them to the wrong address. I addressed this with Postmaster said he would look into it and never did. Any questions with these people they don't know or direct you to the online site. These people are a complete waste of all Americans taxpaying dollars.

Recently I went to send another package and it was returned because the post office clerk typed in North Korea instead of South Korea. When I went back to ask them about fixing the problem they told me they could resend it but I would have to pay the $28.05 again even though it wasn't my mistake!
- ALAlexus LyonsJan 27, 20221.0Not sure if it was this usps or the one that had my package before this, but I ordered bath and body works, waited 2-3 weeks for it, then when I got it the package was opened!!! One of my items were missing that was originally in there, I know this because they left the bubble wrap and packaging in there. Also there were long white hairs in the box. They left a note in the box saying it was the machine that stole it and how I could make a claim. WRONG!!! I tried and they said I waited too long to make a claim even though I just got the package that day! Unbelievable!!! I will never look at the usps the same again!
