There is one worker in there who is always rude, has a snarky expression on his face, a man with white hair and a white beard. If there is a different person at the time, ask if they can serve you. This man is rude and unprofessional. He isn't even knowledgeable about his own job. As something i have had no issues with shipping before he couldn't do. Yet other places work with me each time and i never have any issues. If you are already in line, and it's near close time, it doesn't matter if you have been standing there awhile while he dilly dalleys, he will deny you. This is unprofessional and they should help you as any other place i have had to do this at has never had any issues and never denies anyone. Go to a different one, this place is the most unprofessional i have ever been to.

You can call all day long, all week long and not get to speak to a single person. Not to mention the numerous packages that have been cut open and the contents stolen and deliver an empty package!! Office of inspector General is as useless as this place. I have provided tons of documentation and pictures proving the theft and still after 2 years they haven't even looked into it. Shut this place down and let Pittsburgh have it. They can't possibly do any worse!!
