I was visiting from Washington state and I just needed a small amount of bubble wrap to complete a packing project. The staff was kind enough to give me the little bit I needed i stead of making me buy a whole roll. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Definitely a much different experience at this store than the UPS store in Martinsburg. The worker Jen saw I was struggling at the door with my packages and went over to hold it open for me. She and the other clerk Toni were very friendly and it was noticeable that they enjoy their jobs. Friendliness and smiles makes the days better for customers and I appreciate them as their positive attitudes helped my day begin well. Thank you hiring staff for bringing on great people at this store.
