  I’d give this UPS Store 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, and they helped me mail a package to a P.O. Box for the Mississippi Book Festival without any issues. My only suggestion is to better explain what happens when a package is transferred to USPS. I was told that UPS couldn't deliver to a P.O. Box and that the Post Office would take over, but I wasn't told that the package could still be tracked through USPS using the tracking number on my receipt. As a result, I spent unnecessary time trying to track it through UPS and became concerned that the package had disappeared. A little more explanation at the counter and via our phone call—such as, "This will travel through USPS, so use this USPS tracking number to follow your package"—would have made the experience much less stressful. Overall, the package is on its way, and I appreciate the service. With just a little clearer communication about tracking, this would easily be a five-star experience.
