- BDB DAug 17, 20261.0Mail Carriers are slow and this facility has lost a lot of my mail. Mail used to run at 9 AM… now I wait until 7-8 PM…. This is unacceptable… the mail process has slowed down and rates have went up. The price for the service should make the quality.

- DLDustin LoughMay 15, 20261.0Ordered a butterfly growing kit for the grand baby. You have to pay for the caterpillars to be shipped. Mine arrived in beckley on May 13 at 2.14am. May 13 nothing, talked to the guy and he said look for them tomorrow, may 14 comes. no shipment. They then shipped them to Pennsylvania and today they just arrived back in Charleston and no delivery today. they said I can't file a complaint until Tuesday. With ups, fedex, and amazon, no problem....you guys just need to be phased out.
