- WWWeilkiMar 9, 20261.0Lady was very rude acted like I should be thankful to be in her presence. Had to pay 4 dollars for 2 pieces of tape. Would recommend her on seeking a job outside of customer service. Wouldn't be back at this location.
- TFTavish FieldsApr 2, 20251.0They absolutely refuse to put the packages in my mailbox at all. Even ones that will fit, anytime I get a package they put a note in my mailbox saying I have a package and says it’s “at the customer request”. I have never requested this and I’m always told some excuse to why they didn’t deliver it, (it’s too big, must be something in front of mailbox, etc). They just refuse. It’s annoying when I have to be at work before they open and I get back after they are closed. Inconvenient, the people are rude and have no reason to hold my packages!!!!
- ETEva ToneyJan 2, 20243.0I understand working with the public. I do the same with my career. However The post lady today seemed super annoyed to be there. She seemed annoyed to be doing her job even when myself and all three people in front of me were extremely polite. She acted as if asking her for anything was a nuisance. Im not sure what all that job entails and im sure its more than just waiting on customers. However, they too go through hard days and need to be given grace at times. When i picked it up she barely let me finish my question or answer her question before cutting me off. She told me about 5 times i needed to show my ID for a package...told her i had it with me (i had it in my hand) and even after telling her that, she kept saying it as if she assumed i would not have one. She also rolled her eyes when i mentioned the package contained an instrument my kid had bought all by himself. And i was proud to say that! Felt a lot like stereotyping. That being said I get its a hard job Anytime you deal w patrons all day its a hard job. And we cant always smile. But blatant rudeness is definitely distasteful. We are all trying to make it in this hard world We do all have bad days...and life is hard. But a little kindness, grace, and just basic manners go a long way. God Bless.
