- DDDeniJun 29, 20261.0They lost my package and when I went in to see what went wrong they told me tracking number wasn't theirs even though it was sent through them. I tried calling them and was sent to a useless AI that won't actually help me and either hangs up on me or sends me to some link that doesn't solve my problem. It won't even give me a representative when asked for.

I understand I made a mistake of having wrong shipping address (honestly first time I’ve ever done that) and Krystal (the worker) said to me “I don’t understand why you people can’t get your crap together” and I was only asking questions on how I am able to get my product. They also told me they couldn’t help me because they don’t work with the tracking number I gave. Gave me no suggestions! Krystal and that staff are very disrespectful and rude. If you hate your job that much, go get a new one. My goodness
