- JBJuju BJul 21, 20261.0If I wanted to be treated with a lack of humanity I would expect it to come from ai, but with usps they pay people for it; Another post office graciously helped with my case after an unprofessional interaction with an employee there and mistake with the label. Another package sent from this location was returned to sender and they couldnt refund "just because of war" its understandable war is not the fault of the usps, but there are better ways to word and come to a solution, considering its neither my fault and its the least the usps could afford to give even partial refund, or a form to be reviewed by higher ups. The manager here also sent me off with attitude when I said I might seek help from the previous office. I can see from their reviews that its not just me who as issue with them for them to tell me to check myself.
