- LDLisa DoaneJul 8, 20262.0Unhappy with the delivery service I have been getting my mail delivered to my home for the past 2 years and have had to call the post office 4 times now. I have a very large mail box for bigger packages yes, but not everything that gets delivered is going to fit. Im beyond sick of the carrier JAMMING my packages in my mailbox. My driveway is not long so coming to deliver my package to my door would be wonderful instead of ruining my stuff time and time again because you want to be lazy is so disrespectful. I gave plenty of chances before giving a review.
- NGNorthwoods GalDec 30, 20234.0Very nice post office. Gayela is exceptional and goes beyond the call. I had arranged and paid for a P.O. Box easily enough, but wasn’t receiving any mail. I finally inquired about any mail or packages because I was expecting some very time sensitive mail. Gayela took the extra step to investigate and found that although my paperwork was all in order and in their binder, my name was never assigned to my box and it continued to be blocked. I so appreciate her help in getting it all straightened out. I will be sending an email to Amber the Post Mistress regarding this. Accolades to Gayela!!!
- DSDarren ShaferJan 18, 20202.0I think ppl who deliver mail around the rural area of winter should be mandatory to have awd vehicles to deliver mail instead of being late especially on Saturdays, using regular cars. theres no excuse for it to be late during winter months, what happened to the motto , delivery on time, rain sleet or snow, thats an oath you take when u become a postal worker, but now nothing but excuses.
