- DFDrew FosterApr 5, 20191.0Very Lazy employees. I have been a resident for a year now and they still return all my mail and packages to sender and mark as undeliverable due to vacant home. we have 3 vehicles in the driveway, nice upkeep on the property and mailbox and have submitted current resident forms. this is ridiculous. use non-federal postal delivery companies. they will deliver junk mail but nothing important. I am disgusted with the service.
- KCKelly CoulsonFeb 20, 20191.0So disappointed in the service! One employee was so rude and nasty, I am having a difficult time getting over the treatment of a longtime resident! This is suppose to be a quaint and friendly place! Ha! Not so! “You should always treat people with kindness, you never know what kind of battle someone is fighting!” I will try to afford this rude employee that same benefit! I sure hope this wasn’t the head postmistress! ☹️

Plan accordingly as they close for lunch M-F from 11:30-12:30 Stopped in the other day just as they were reopening from lunch and they opened a second register to help get through the line. Great service. Much better than the post office in Lake Geneva. If a majority of the customers would learn how to mail and address a letter and not stop in for social hour the wait times could be even less.
