  I was just googling the Westfield post office to get their phone number, and noticed some really crummy reviews, which was shocking to me as my experience with there has been nothing short of spectacular. In this day of age where going to the post office can be compared to going to the DMV, I find the Westfield post office a welcome oasis- a great treat- always friendly staff, and quick enough service. Richard, in particular, has always been a joy: the kind of guy that will leave his post to open the door of your hands are full, or that will carry heavy packages for old ladies. I’m not saying you have to name your first-born kid after him, but maybe the middle name for your 3rd or 4th kid would totally be appropriate.

  Richard is absolutely terrible. Avoid this place at all costs if he is there. I went to pick up a package that was shipped initially through UPS but they ended up taking it to the post office vs. my home. He walked into the back of the post office for 5 seconds and lifted up two packages out front and said he couldn’t find it. He asked for my tracking number to help locate it, I began giving it to him and 3 numbers in he says that’s not a USPS tracking number. I explained again that it was shipped through UPS but delivered here so I had no USPS tracking. He just repeatedly mentioned the tracking number and laughing in my face. He offered no information on what steps to take to be able to find it and I’m sure if he looked for longer than 10 seconds, he would’ve located my package. I will never use the Westfield Post Office again if he is working.

  If you go into the post office here in Westfield wi, if Richard is working at the front counter, nothing but regretment like your bothering him at work, I been in the post office a lot of times sending packages off, and when I don't see him there I am happy, I go to other local post offices to avoid going there in case he is there, I don't like posting bad reviews, but I called today 11-02-2017. Ups post to send the package to my home but instead they dropped the package off at the post office, and of course I called the post office and guess who answers the phone Richard. And yes again like I am bothering him, so I called there employees hotline to report this matter. this is to much. If your going to work treat the public with respect. Because without the public you my friend would not be working. Hopefully this will wake him up and change his attitude. Richard you are a older individual, you should of learned by now to have more work ethics then you display.
