  Kia and Riley at UPS in West Bend are amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their kindness and positive attitudes make such a difference. Customer service like theirs deserves recognition, and I hope they know how appreciated they are. Five stars for these two wonderful people!

  They tried to charge me six dollars for a plastic bag. Don’t go here. And it was a number that he made off just the top of his head. What makes it worse was the item that I was returning to Amazon was already packed. He just wanted to add on a six dollar bag. A six dollar plastic bag.

  The staff at the West Bend UPS Store is so friendly and genuinely eager to help! I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone was. I’m beyond glad we finally have a UPS Store in West Bend!

  We visited Wisconsin and had some difficult items to ship back to our home across the country. Keya was very helpful through the process of packing them from finding a proper sized box to assuring us that they would safely reach their destination. Matt was less helpful; When Keya asked for assistance with our very complicated order, he refused to assist, which made the transaction more difficult than it had to be. He disappeared into the back and made her handle multiple customers alone even after she asked for help several times.

  Muhammad (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly), offered excellent customer service and went above and beyond! I arrived at 3:00pm on Sunday (they close at 3pm). By the time I got my packages and got to the door, it was after 3. As I walked back to my car I heard "Excuse me!" I turned around an Muhammad must of seen me at the door and then walk away. He waved me back in, helped me package and tape my return, did not rush me, and was so kind the entire time. It is so, SO rare that individuals are willing to stay after close willingly. I want to make sure he knows how much I appreciate him!
