  I appreciate the quick service. The UPS representatives are always nice as well as helpful. I recently needed to return a sink (in its original large box) to its company store. I had been in contact with the company twice and no one ever mentioned pre-paid return labels. I was returning it after its 30 day return window so I figured I had to pay the shipping. The cost was quite high for this large box. Jordan the UPS rep, suggested calling them one more time to ask the company for a pre-paid label or at least to pay half the return cost. I called for the third time and did inquire about the pre-paid shipping label and sure enough the company paid the entire amount. So thank you, Jordan for being so helpful and saving me quite a lot of money. I appreciate your willingness to help as well as your kind attitude.

  Won't ship an Amazon return that is in the original shipping box unless I buy an additional box to put the first perfectly good box in.
