I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this location while applying for a passport. A staff member named Mrs. Bonnie repeatedly asked me for documents that were either irrelevant or simply not required in my case — first demanding proof of residence in the United States, then insisting on legal custody or adoption documents regarding my adoptive father, and later claiming that every document needed an “official authoritative translation.”
The most frustrating part was that after all that, my application was rejected on the grounds that my mother was not a U.S. citizen when I was born — even though that is legally not the end of the matter. My adoptive father tried to explain the situation and discuss the applicable rules, but it became painfully clear that Mrs. Bonnie was simply going by a handbook, without any real understanding of the law or the specifics of our case.
We later went to another location, where the staff handled the exact same documents professionally, accepted my application on the spot, and forwarded everything for processing as required, without creating any unnecessary obstacles. That alone speaks volumes about the inconsistency in training and competence between different locations.
I understand that not every employee can be an expert in immigration or passport law, but if Mrs. Bonnie has not received sufficient training to handle complex cases, she should not be placed in a position where she can wrongly reject applicants and waste people’s time. Paying customers and the general public deserve far better service than this.
After this experience, I genuinely worry about how ordinary customers are treated here for even basic services like mailing a package. If I could give negative stars, I would without a moment’s hesitation.
After reading their reviews on Google Maps, I honestly suspect that all those five-star ratings are nothing but fake promotions by AI bots. If you think everything I’ve said is complete nonsense, then by all means, come here yourself — you will absolutely regret it.

I've shipped lots of packages and had local post office boxes for mail - The post office does a great job. I watch so many customers act rude to the employees. Customers complaining in line, bc of the line. I'm grateful we have a mail delivery service. A little kindness goes a long way.
