  Very incompetent drivers. Claim they can’t find our driveway or that they didn’t have the access code. There is NO access code to our driveway and we’ve even stopped the driver and called UPS multiple times to explain to them where the driveway is and he just keeps failing to deliver our packages. Pretty pathetic when every other delivery service can get here.

  I am so grateful for this store and especially for Jen P. Who has helped me immensely. I am a 70 year old and handicapped woman with great mobility issues which makes it difficult for me to come into the store and also much slower than most people Jen has been so kind and patient with me. I am always thrilled when she is there because I know I'm going to get the absolute best customer service !! She is patient , respectful, most helpful with finding orders when needed on my phone. I have grown to really like her. What a great store and what great people that are working there!! Thank you so much for your patience with a crippled old lady Jen P.!! I can't tell you in words how much that means to me!!

  Left UPS Store honestly impressed for once. Jenna was an absolute rockstar. Didn’t just do the bare minimum like most places, she actually cared if I got taken care of. Helped me through everything, double checked details, and made sure nothing got messed up. You can tell when someone just shows up for a paycheck vs. someone who actually takes pride in what they’re doing… she’s the second one. Went the extra mile without being asked, kept it real, and made the whole process way smoother than it should’ve been. If every place had someone like Jenna, life would be about 30% less annoying.

  just want to give a huge shout-out to the team at our local UPS Store. Every time I walk in, it’s super busy. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful no matter how long the line gets. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and it absolutely does not go unnoticed. Thank you for turning what could be a hectic errand into such a positive experience every time!
