The first time I took off of work, which I loose money when I take off of work they handed me the wrong form for the passport renewal process, the next time I scheduled in with the papers they have gave me some guy mansplained how “the government does not care about you they won’t do anything for you.” All of that. Oh gee thanks for the reassurance random MAN. So after I walk in nobody is there, and online it says they are open. Apparently their ONE little guy who apparently works this is SICK, fourth attempt by the way and they aren’t there! At least have more people to work this area OR write it online. Again I went in… Nobody is there cant process. They don’t even have it printed anywhere that he isnt here, online says it’s open and the workers are so pissy acting like it’s our faults. Fix this.
