- JBJazmyn BrownOct 1, 20261.0Paid $30 extra for a package to be delivered on my only day off, sat at home all day waiting so I didn’t miss it. Got an email on my phone that it couldn’t be delivered because I wasn’t home. A knock might have been nice! Called customer service to see if I could have them try and re deliver it the same day or if I could pick it up. Was told neither can happen and it would be delivered the next day. Explained that I paid extra, nobody attempted to make me aware the driver was at my home, and I had to work the next day- So I wouldn’t be able to accept the package. Was basically told too bad! Great thanks guys. So my package will either be returned to sender or left out on a main street in the rain all day if they bring it the next day. Perfect.
