The mail carriers and desk staff are *usually friendly and personable- despite being overworked or overburdened. Maybe they’re not perfect all the time, but most of the time they do an excellent job!

- HHHannah HastingsFeb 27, 20132.0I'm very upset with this Post Office because they have lost FOUR packages of ours and are not compensating us a dime for them. I could get over the loss of items (although some are irreplaceable) but the real disappointment comes from how it was all handled. At every step of the way WE have been made to feel like a hassle. The attitude of the Post Office (especially from the woman who "delivered" our lost packages) has been at best indifferent and at worst resentful--as if we're a bother for making an effort to locate our parcels. Mistakes are forgivable but bad costumer service is not the way to handle them. In any other situation we would switch providers/companies but as it's the US Post Office we're stuck with'em.
