They've lost my mail on multiple occasions. I also receive my neighbors' mail all the time. I've never had this issue before with any other post office, but this one is consistently bad.

We constantly have packages missing or delivered to neighbors. The worst part is these are not complicated addresses or apartment complexes. Have you guys tried using your own website to report missing packages? There should be an asterisk when reporting if for the Verona location for how often this happens.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Verona, WI Post Office (100 Enterprise Dr) involving both a clerk and the post office manager. I sent my authorized agent to pick up a certified letter using a properly completed PS Form 3849. The form was signed, the agent’s name was clearly listed, and she brought valid ID. Despite this, they refused to release the item and kept changing the requirements. First they asked for video verification of me with my ID, then said my agent had to prove she lived with me, and then said she had to prove she was my caregiver. At one point, they also attempted to have her fill out multiple pages of additional paperwork, none of which are part of the standard process for authorized pickup. I was available by phone and confirmed authorization, but they still refused to release the mail. When I became frustrated on the phone and asked that the item be released in accordance with the signed authorization, the situation became uncomfortable for my agent, and she reported that other customers in line were reacting and laughing while she was being denied service. What was especially concerning was how differently my agent appeared to be treated compared to what would normally be expected in this situation. The shifting requirements and refusal to follow standard procedures made the experience feel unfair and troubling. USPS provides a clear process for authorizing an agent, and it should be followed consistently. This experience caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

Friendly staff but inadequate parking. Almost all parking spots are taken by staff leaving very few for postal visitors
