Whenever I've had to go into the lobby for something, everyone is always helpful & makes the experience pleasant. I had a package get delayed along the way recently & called in to ask about it. Shannon, the PostMaster, was most attentive to my situation, kept me informed during the investigation & when it was located, called me herself to let me know my item would be delivered. I'm very pleased & feel like these people really care & I think they're doing a great job over there in that Twin Lakes Post Office.
