Sometimes the contents are damaged. I’ve been down to the post office on several occasions in the last 6 months and asked to speak to a supervisor …waited for an hour because they said she was in a 15 meeting and then I came back a half hour later and they told me she’s still in a meeting so I waited another 1/2 hour and then they told me she was too busy to talk to me. So there’s really nothing you can do about mail delivered to wrong addresses (twice I had to go looking for my bank statements). I was happy to receive a return call from the supervisor and she told me she would look into it and take care of it. Thank you. Fingers crossed it resolves the problem
