- MGM GredlerApr 5, 20181.0We have hd multiple packages broken and damaged directly due to the mail carrier’ care of the package. We have had several packages thrown from about 15 feet from our walk way onto our front steps. We have complained with Sparta office about this several times and it continues to occur. We have asked that our carrier be removed from our route however she still remains. We also have had issues with all of our mail coming on the last day of the week and zero mail delivered during the beginning and middle of the week. Its as if our carrier stock piles our mail for a single day delivery. If i could choose who to use for shipments, I would choose a different company over USPS every time.
