- FFFatimaApr 22, 20261.0Be careful if you’re not white they will treat you like garbage. The most racist place I have been in. I had an appointment for passports and when I asked a questions he said he can’t help me and won’t be able to process my passports or my passport photo. I asked why he stated he was busy. I said I have an appointment. And he walked away. I spoke to the manager and stated that this was unprofessional he apologized and went to speak the racist person and asked him to finish the process of our passports. We could hear them arguing and the manager came back apologizing saying the guy won’t help us and he walked off of his shift. Very unprofessional and a very disgusting person.

Las personas de atencion al cliente son las mas despotas y no ayudan espero que me facilities un telefono o correo para solucionar mi problema desde que llegue a wisconsin he hido como 8 veces ahi normalmente ocupamos asistencia en español y lo peor de todo es que me mandan la fotografia de la correspondencia que me va a llegar y no llega ejemplo de mi banco. Oficina social security. De migration o sea no es correspondencia comun es informacion importante para mi y de mi familia.

Informed delivery says it was supposed to be delivered a couple days ago, but South Milwaukee Post Office transferred it back to the Milwaukee Post Office. It then went back to South Milwaukee, out to the Sturtevant PO, back to South Milwaukee, and NOW its sitting out at the Pewaukee PO!!! WHAT IS WITH THIS POST OFFICE?!
