Unfortunately, that was a week earlier than the actual appointment. Ann was so great - she stayed a few minutes longer (after already a very long day) and fit them in. Super nice and helpful. She did not need to do that - I was ready to come back again the following week. Her supervisor approved, and we got their pictures and passports sent off. Much appreciated!

A few years ago I paid extra to have a passport expedited to me but it took just as long to get to me as not being expedited and i actually had to go to the passport office in saint paul or i would have missed my international flight. Its just one thing after another with this post office.
