- VHVennita HensleyAug 1, 20265.0I absolutely love the gentleman that is there during the mornings he’s sweet. He’s polite. He answered all the questions that I ask, and if he can’t, he finds out and he tells me when I come in again never had a bad experience with him
- JGJ GJun 10, 20201.0Avoid this location in the town of Silver Lake at all cost for mail service. Ordered specialized custom tickets for my business. Only for them to be delivered in another mailbox and not to be returned. The lady behind the counter took my number down to just not even call me. Item gets shipped from the other side of the USA only to get misplaced and delivered to the wrong recipient in the little town of Silver Lake. The anxiety of ordering another package and getting it delivered to me from this location, makes me very nervous! I've waited almost two weeks now hoping it would show up or I get a call back. I've had to resort to telling my problem to your patrons online!!
- HKHeather KeungFeb 21, 20205.0Staff inside the post office is extremely nice and efficient. Much better than Salem and cleaner as well.
- LSLisa SalitureMar 13, 20191.0This has happened more than once that the Silver Lake delivery person was too lazy to deliver mail, but today in particular, they were suppose to deliver my Fedex package. The tracking number showed today's date, and I was in my yard and even saw the mail delivery truck delivering mail to the boxes, but did not stop at my house to drop off the package!!! Instead, I checked FedEx and it said I had to stop at the post office to pick it up the next day! Really? Lazy!! Am I being paid to do your job???
