- MMMitchell MeyersJun 24, 20261.0Extremely unhelpful. Have been trying to send a package to a military service member and have been given the run around. Briana was extremely rude during the two times her assistant was needed. I would also like to add that her supervision seemed incompetent on what was needed to be done with the two packages. Reminder this is there job they should be the experts at it.

Now it’s gonna cost me another 200-300 to fix this thing. Thanks for the service.

Update 3-24-2025 There is an employee there, Linda, that is so extremely rude I'm surprised she still has a job! I know there there have been multiple complaints about her. Today my warehouse manager dropped off approx 15 pkgs. In 5 yrs I've never heard him speak a bad word about anyone. He's always super positive, he can make the most cranky people smile! This is the text I received from him today. Packages dropped off, the lady was pretty cranky, asked if I had a scan sheet? It's a good thing you pack things well. she was not gentle. If you hate your job this much, Linda, please go somewhere else. Since this is not being addressed locally, I've submitted a formal complaint on the USPS.com site. I encourage any other PO customers who've been treated rudely by Linda, to do the same! Update 7-27-2024 TWICE THIS WEEK MY PKG PICK UP HAS BEEN IGNORED!! MY CUSTOMERS ARE TOLD THEIR ORDERS SHIPPED. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A SUB ON MY ROUTE THIS WEEK. TWICE THO? UNACCEPTABLE. I GO ONLINE & FILL OUT THE FORM THE DAY BEFORE. EARLIER THIS WEEK I GOT A MESSAGES SAYING MY PICKUP WAS COMPLETED WHEN IT WASN'T!!! Previous First I want to say the majority of the staff is friendly. I ship approx 100 packages a week. I either back up to the dock door to unload or drop them in a bin they have in the lobby. Twice in the past 6 months a package has disappeared. Updated 2-21-23 While the previous lost pkgs were extremely frustrating, the majority of my experience with this PO is very good.
