- KSKara StandaertMay 1, 20261.0I’ve lived in River Falls about 10 years. I’ve had numerous problems with the post office over the years. Biggest complaint - don’t even have a phone if you don’t answer it. Secondly, don’t leave me a “sorry we missed you” note, when I’m at home without attempting to buzz the apartment number it’s intended for. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

- JRJoel RobertsonDec 24, 20251.0We’ve probably had half a dozen packages get lost in the last year. They tell us it’s been delivered but when we check it’s nowhere to be found. A couple times it’s been delivered to a complete opposite side of the complex (not even close to our apartment number). Lastly, every single package we order we’ve specified we want it delivered to our front door. But when they actually manage to deliver it they put it behind our garage. There’s a level of incompetence at this post office I haven’t seen before.
