- CFChloe FitzgeraldAug 3, 20261.0Extremely rude employees. Suddenly my package is not media mail even though I shipped 2 of the same variety of item last week through media mail and had no issues. Employee was very sassy and said “how would this item be media then? We have a right to open and inspect the package and I can tell that it won’t be media” so why did the same employee take the non-media items last week? Ridiculous.

I'd never let any of my employees treat a guest or customer the way they treat people for having to scan a few items. The old dude is cool.

Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, one employee gave me a hard time simply for bringing in multiple packages, despite this being something I've done regularly for a long time. The inconsistency was frustrating, especially when there has never been a problem before. I understand policies need to be followed, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Customer service should be consistent across staff members, and this experience left me disappointed. I hope management addresses the inconsistency so customers receive the same level of service regardless of which employee is working.

Biggest complaint - don’t even have a phone if you don’t answer it. Secondly, don’t leave me a “sorry we missed you” note, when I’m at home without attempting to buzz the apartment number it’s intended for. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
