I recently asked her name because I believe when someone shows outstanding work ethics they should be recognized. Sam always has a smile and is very friendly. Never any problems with our service. And Our dog just loves her. He waits at the door to say hello, because sometimes he gets out when i open the door and she patiently helps get him back inside. Its quite humorous because you can tell she's in a bit of a hurry and doesnt have time for doggie tag☺️however shes never rude or upset, but helps get him back in for his safety. She has great energy and reminds me of what service to others is really about. One day she took a moment to listen, and that is a beautiful quality in a person. We need more examples of goodness in our world. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Sam for adding smiles along your route!
