End up waiting in line for things I've already paid for, to deal with disgruntled and rude postal workers at the counter. This has been going for years. If only the location at 4 mile and Douglas was just a little closer to me, I'd be going there so much more often.

There have been multiple reports of the carrier loitering in a local restaurant during work hours and even napping in their vehicle while on duty. Additionally, they regularly walk across neighbors’ lawns and flower beds despite repeated complaints. I have raised these concerns with the supervisor for over two years, yet no improvement has been made. It’s frustrating that such behavior continues, and it reflects poorly on the quality and professionalism of this post office.
