- HOHank OwenAug 18, 20262.0This retail window of post office has been mostly closed since the beginning of July due to lack of staff. Now over 6 weeks. Sometimes it is open a few hours during the day, but you don't know when. Usually it is closed all day. This is the downtown post office in a city of over 70,000. USPS is able to staff post offices in towns of 200 people, but not this one? The USPS website still lists this post office as open its normal hours, so people still come here and waste time and money paying for parking only to find it is closed. This is disrespectful to all the residents of Racine who want to use this post office, especially those who might not have the means to drive to one of the much further way locations that are open. The clerk who worked here previously was very nice and I hope she comes back, but I think USPS really wants to close this location completely.

- MFMargarita FigueroaJul 10, 20261.0This morning at between 9-950 am I took my 9 months old puppy out to use the bathroom this male mail man pepper spray my 9 months old puppy for no reason he supposed to use it on bigger dogs and if he's being attacked but my puppy is lil still he likes to play a lot and very friendly he's a poodle 🐩 mini poodle he won't hurt a fly he's not trained to attack people every one in my neighborhood loves him who can I reach out to.to put a complaint on this male mail man.please and thank you 🙏
